SCHEDULE:

We will do our best to maintain trip deadlines and scheduling. We have years of experience doing so. but the reality is . . . things happen, world crisis develop, and moving a group of people is like herding cats.

OUR REQUEST: Be flexible. Stay in peace. Don't lose your joy. God will make a way!

TRIP OPTIONS:

If you need to modify your trip schedule or activities separate from the group, give us a call. We'll try to work with you. Any additional expenses incurred will be added to your trip costs.

TRIP DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable $60 trip deposit holds your spot for a specific trip until two-weeks after the first payment is due for the trip.

PRICE INCLUDES:

INTERNATIONAL TRIPS: DO NOT include airfare to/from Europe but do include all European transportation, food, lodging, visas, local travel, group entrance fees, etc.

In other words, most everything but souvenirs, passport application fees, transportation to/from Europe, and extracurricular activities.

REFUNDS?:

Trip Cancellations at least 21 days before trip departure: we will hold the unspent portion (not already paid for air, hotel, site deposits, etc.) for 12 months to apply to a future ClassicalTrips trip or provide a cash refund within 120 days.

TRIP DEADLINES:

What if I miss a trip payment deadline?

Can I still go on the trip?

Yes! However, if costs have increased due to adding you in after the group's air/lodging purchases have been made, those costs will be added to your overall trip costs.

PAYMENTS:

4 Ways: Zeffy, PayPal, Stripe, or Check

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit/PayPal, or Check. Please put the appropriate information in the MEMO line of the check or in the Message portion of the Credit/Debit transaction.

Stripe online payments are made thru the Classicaltrips.ManagedMissions.com website for your specific trip. This information will be provided after you signup thru this website.

Note: the Payment page may be easier to complete on a computer rather than a phone.

NOTE: Every effort has been made to keep trip costs as low as possible. Therefore, additional expenses incurred through Credit/Debit/PayPal/Stripe processing fees of 3% are passed on to you.

Payment by CHECK or CASH does NOT incur the 3% fee.

Payment by ZEFFY has the option to NOT incur the 3% fee. See below for details.

Example:

Trip1 cost (CHECK or Cash) = $4205

Trip1 cost (Credit/Debit/PayPal) = $4205+ $126 fee

Credit card payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, or Zeffy

If paying via PayPal, use the BuyNow button below and enter the payment amount.

NOTE: Payments made thru the ManagedMissions site are shown in your trip account within a day or two. Payments made thru PayPal, Zeffy, or by check typically won't show up for 2-3 weeks.

To pay via PayPal for the trips, select the BUY NOW button below, then enter the amount you are paying for the trip. Make sure to note the name of the individual for whom you are making payment. Remember there is a processing fee charged by PayPal for card payments that will reduce the payment ClassicalTrips receives by approximately 3%.

If paying by Zeffy, you have the opportunity to make a Debit or CreditCard payment without incurring the 3% charge deducted by Paypal or Stripe

Select the amount you are going to pay, then scroll down below the ORDER and $ AMOUNT banner. You will see the option to select varying percentages that are paid to Zeffy. You have the option to select 0%.

Do this and complete your payment. No fee will be deducted from your trip payment.

NOTE: Credit/debit card payments with Zeffy max out at $$1000 in a single transaction. If making a larger payment, pay via ACH.

ACH payments with Zeffy max out at $9,999 in a single transaction. If making a larger payment, break it into two payments.
